Order Processing
Orders are processed as quickly as possible after placement. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Limited quantity products may require additional finishing time before shipment.
Customers will receive updates throughout production and fulfillment.
During high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. Habus is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to a failed delivery, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at Habusus@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). Include your order number and any relevant photos so we can assist you promptly.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled after processing has begun. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
